This grand building with its vaulted passageway was built as a bourgeois residence for the Togni family in 1712. It has some splendid stucco ceilings with ornamental frames and paintings depicting allegorical, mythological and biblical scenes; the hall has an unusual ollare stone stove dating from 1722.

Torre Fiorenzana

Mountain Cultural/natural/religious point of interest

This 13th-century 4-storey dwelling tower was recorded in 1314 as being owned by the de Sacco family. It is thought to be the oldest building in Grono. The stone building on a square plan with reinforcement slabs at the corners has a span roof with merlons. The well-preserved building was renovated in 1994-96 and is now a venue for art exhibitions.
